Just saw the 5th episode of this season. Dealt with a kid who could run fast quite like Clark. I presumed he was just another entity dreamt up for the sole purpose of Smallville, however towards the end when it becomes apparent he could even run faster than Superman, got me thinking. Looked up some info. on The Flash and turns out the kid was meant to potray one of the flash family, Bart Allen. Speed was apparently an inherited trait in varying proportions. But then I guess a lot of the superhero traits were in a sense. Superman being an obvious exception since he was an alien in the first place.
flash and superman actually duked it out in flash # 175 for a race till the end of the universe. if youre bored enough you can go through my collection to find it and read it. superman vs. mohammad ali was a good read too.
smallville is such a good show!!! You need to promote it on your blog more!
i kinda hate small ville
it just seems like another american attempt to cash in on the spiderman phenomenon … sigh .. after spiderman .. the incredible hulk and all those superheroes .. !!@@!~!!~~
u know what .. i meet all those small ville fans … i cudnt find that thing in small ville that u can say catchy… at our uni .. we had small ville complete upto season 3 .. i started the three days ritual of finishing one season at a time … but this turned into boring .. i can tell u abt every smallville sesason that progresses
1. something happens that starts the season …
2. mid season is so boring u hafta change the channel … and well .. most of the time the story is already in teh mind sas to what will happen
3. some tragedy that will spark the end of season and will help in the start of the next season…
i am talkin too much
.. okay okay .. it aint that bad .. i like their soundtracks and well .. luthors rock … i like to watch em more than superman kiddo :P~~ .. hehe
