I just came across some of the best customer service ever and figured I’d do a quick blog about it. Sort of the anti-rant. Gist being I’d been trying to get my return dates changed and after a number of hour long waits on the Expedia helpline after which, mind you, I still didn’t get hold of anyone, I finally called Continental directly. The long and short is that it was some of the best customer service I have ever received. Got through to a human within one minute, said human spoke English, offered options and found me the best rate. And this, Ladies and Gentleman, is how an airline fosters customer loyalty. *applause*

Of course… I do still have to actually fly with them. Will add my synopsis on that after the weekend.
